When placing an online order, there are a few things you should know before you complete your order:

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is based on USPS Priority Mail rates for Continental United States only. Shipping to Alaska,
Hawaii and all international shipping could be higher, and you will be sent an invoice for the difference
through Paypal.

Colors:

Our candles are colored in what would be considered the "normal" color for that
particular scent. If you have any special requests, please feel free to email me at
orders@znjcandles.com

Payment Methods:

We accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards
via PayPal. You can use our secure online shopping cart, or email your order to us, and we will
provide you a total, including shipping at that time.

We also accept payments by personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. We do
require that personal checks clear the bank before we ship orders out, however, we do process
orders while the check is clearing. This helps avoid any additional delays.
